Timme is a fitness interval timer application that allows you to:
- Create and customize workout timers
- Track workout intervals (work, rest, prepare, cooldown)
- Sync workouts to Apple Watch (iOS only)
- Save and manage custom workouts
The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Health Disclaimer
Important: Timme is a timer tool, not medical or fitness advice.
- Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program
- Listen to your body and stop if you feel pain or discomfort
- The app does not monitor your health or physical condition
- You are solely responsible for your exercise activities
We are not liable for any injury, health issues, or damages resulting from workouts performed using this app.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the app only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the app
- Not use the app in any way that could damage or impair its functionality
- Be responsible for your own workout safety
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Timme (including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and code) are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
6. Availability and Updates
- We may update, modify, or discontinue the app at any time without notice
- We do not guarantee the app will be available at all times
- Features may change between versions
7. Third-Party Services
Timme may integrate with:
- Apple Watch (via WatchConnectivity)
- Apple’s Dynamic Island (via Live Activities)
These features are subject to Apple’s terms and availability. We are not responsible for third-party service functionality.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app (if any)

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, for any reason, without notice.
